
Santa's Sleigh Circuit
1. Candy Cane Lunges:
Holding two candy canes (or light dumbbells), lunge forward, alternating legs.
3 sets of 12 reps each leg.
2. Jingle Bell Jumps:
Start in a squat position, then jump up, reaching arms overhead.
As you land, make a jingling motion with your hands (pretending to ring bells).
3 sets of 15 reps.
3. Reindeer Run:
Sprint in place or around your room while lifting your knees high, mimicking a reindeer's gallop.
4 sets of 30 seconds.
4. Snow Angel Sit-ups:
Lie on your back and perform sit-ups while moving your arms in a snow angel motion.
3 sets of 15 reps.
5. Christmas Tree Plank:
Get into a plank position and alternate lifting each leg out to the side, as if decorating a tree with ornaments.
Hold for 30 seconds per side, repeat 3 times.
